Danish is a global health researcher and public health specialist with credentials in data science, global disease epidemiology, and clinical medicine. Danish teaches population health as an award-winning educator at the Australian National University Medical School. He researches the intersection of chronic diseases and population health factors, focusing on South Asian regions, notably India. Danish has led research capacity-building initiatives between India and Australia and has previously coordinated the design—delivery and evaluation of large-scale health and microfinance-based program(s).
