Daminda Sumanapala is previously attached to Murdoch University and Curtin University of Western Australia as a research fellow. His research focuses on Cultural Heritage tourism, including heritage education and interpretation, and how heritage sites addressing challenges of cultural tourism activities whilst promote sustainable heritage tourism in Asia and south Asia.
