Pranjali Das
Pranjali is a PhD candidate at the School of Archaeology and Anthropology at the Australian National University. Her research focuses on social development partnerships between major domestic philanthropic foundations and local government administrations in India, critically examining the dynamics and implications of these collaborations. Pranjali has previously conducted research on women's labour in non-governmental organisations in India. Before pursuing her PhD, Pranjali worked extensively to improve access to education for first-generation formal learners, reduce intergenerational forced sex work, and advocate for gender rights with various stakeholders across India. In these roles, she designed program strategies, conducted monitoring and evaluation, and performed qualitative research.
